Monthly Pulse Surveys
To identify issues quickly and get a ‘temperature check’ on staff engagement in the periods between the main employee engagement surveys, we undertook a monthly pulse survey between November 2018 and June 2019.
This short questionnaire, sent to 200 staff each month, helped us understand if the actions taken to improve engagement are having the desired impact.
The survey took five minutes to complete and colleagues were only asked to complete the pulse survey once in an academic year. As with all employee engagement surveys, responses were completely anonymous.
