The aim of this course is to apply essential tools and techniques to use time and resources available effectively with the aim to achieve personal and organisational goals.

Any staff member who is either directly or indirectly responsible for the development of others. This includes staff members who are responsible to manage performance or staff members who manage a team/project.

Create an action plan to manage your own challenges in terms of task and resource management
Participants will have the opportunity to:
1) Receive a toolkit containing different time management tools including a personal goal-setting template, a task prioritisation matrix and a delegation tool
2) Identify a number of ways to overcome own challenges related to time and resource management
