Professional Development Review (PDR)

 
 

Professional Development Review (PDR) is the University's scheme to enable all employees to perform to the best of their ability and contribute towards the success of our University. The conversations you will have with your line manager as part of the PDR or 1:1 meetings will enable you to talk through development or support that you will require as change occurs and be kept informed with what is happening around you.
