MIND is a mental
health charity who have provided resources for managers to help them take care
of their staff.
The Chartered Institute of Personnel and
Development (CIPD), in association with the Health and Safety Executive (HSE)
has developed a series of tools to help managers assess whether they currently
have the behaviours identified as effective for supporting employees’ mental
health and reducing stress at work; the aim is to help managers reflect on
