Payslips are available through HR Connect; click on the ‘Pay & Benefits’ tab at the top of the screen; you can then view or download your payslips.

You can also sign up to receive E-payslips and have them emailed to an address of your choice - these are sent a couple of days before pay day.    To register for E-Payslips, login to HR Connect and click on the drop down menu on the top right hand corner of the screen; select E-Form Preferences and input your email address and choose a password to use.   


If you are a casual member of staff, you do not have access to HR Connect, therefore your payslips are emailed to you in advance of pay day to the email address provided on your appointment form.   This is password protected and your password is outlined in your casual confirmation email.​


Understanding Your Payslip

We aim to pay everyone accurately every month, but it is important that you check your payslip and if there is anything that you are unsure about or think may be incorrect, please contact payroll@napier.ac.uk as soon as possible.
