Business Analysis and Process Improvement
In A&BL we support colleagues in Business Analysis (BA) and Process Improvement (PI), from small informal discussions through to major strategic process reviews.
Working with internal clients we bring professional knowledge of BA and PI to offer a bespoke service to meet your needs, however, we often work in the following ways:
Business Analysis
This service is usaully commissioned as part of a large project, supporting the project team understand their requirements, and scope out the best possible solution.
Process Improvement
Often we tailor process improvement interventions to meet the business need, however, we have a number of standard ways of working that include:
- Process Improvement Workshops: A series of interventions (usually one day or half day)
- Rapid Improvement Event: An intensive week of activity to improve a significant process
- Coaching: A long term committment to working with a staff member to support them in making improvements
- Consultancy: Analsysis and advice on process improvements, based on our assessment

Continuous Improvement
We also work with HR Learning & Development to deliver training and support for staff in applying Continuous Improvement (CI), for example check out our advanced CI training coaching and mentoring programme; Continuous Improvement Partners.
