Edinburgh Napier University runners-up for Top IT Service Desk and Service Desk Superhero
Edinburgh Napier University’s IS Service Desk has been named as runner-up for Top Service Desk at the 2016 IT Service Week awards, hosted by the Service Desk Institute (SDI).
Further more, our very own IS Service Desk technician, Arshi Hussein, was also named as runner-up for Service Desk Superhero.
IT Service Week is a national celebration of IT Service Desks and the excellent customer service they provide. Held between 3rd – 7th October, members of the public were invited to vote for their top IT Services Desk and their favourite Service Desk Superhero.
Massive congratulations to our Service Desk Superhero, Arshi, for this fantastic recognition and to our IS Service Desk for their hard work and dedication.
The team works tirelessly staffing the phone lines and responding to emails behind the scenes providing IT & Library help and advice to students and staff at the University.
