​Student Systems Helpdesk

 

If you require assistance when using SITS, including eStudent Records/e:Vision, Syllabus Plus, or CRM, please log a call using Unidesk.

 

When logging a call, please ensure you include as much information as possible, for example:

  • Specify system name in email title
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Screenshot or error message
  • Student matriculation number and course/module code (if appropriate)
 
Log a technical support call
 
 
 
 
If your issue is business critical, please follow up with a phone call to extension 6000.
