If you need technical assistance in using SITS (including eStudent Records/e:Vision), Syllabus Plus, or CRM, please log a call using eStudent records.
When logging a call, please ensure you include as much information as possible, for example:
- Specify system name in email title
- Detailed description of the issue
- Screenshot or error message
- Student matriculation number, course/module code (if appropriate)
If your issue is business critical please also follow up with a phone call to extension 6000.
