Library and IT Helpdesk Support

What we can do for you
  • We are here to help you with all your Library and IT enquiries.

You can expect us to
  • ​Keep our helpdesks staffed during core opening hours in Trimesters 1 & 2
  • Acknowledge reported issues and aim to resolve your concerns as soon as possible
  • Respond to enquiries to mailboxes within three working hours in 95% of cases
  • Provide 24/7 support through the Out of Hours Helpline service / NorMAN

We expect you to
  • ​Familiarise yourself with the support materials available on myNapier and the Staff Intranet before contacting a Library Helpdesk or the IS Service Desk
  • Bring your staff / student ID card when reporting an issue at a Helpdesk
  • Be aware and abide by the “Information Security Policy” governing the use of University’s PCs
