Our Student Recruitment Assistants manage all incoming enquiries via the external website, email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and phone (0333 600 6040 – option one). This includes advising students from every step of their journey but mainly pre and post applicants.
Web enquiries are generated from the following 3 online forms:
Approximately 2,000 enquiries are received each month and these are either dealt with by the Student Recruitment Assistants or referred to colleagues in other professional services departments or Schools. The target for this team is to ensure that 80% of enquiries are completed within Student & Academic Services, and within a 3 working day response rate.
All enquiries are logged in the CRM system which allows for post-enquiry relationship building and communications. These communications can be targeted by Course of Interest, Level of Study or Country (or Postcode Region) or origin.
Communications are coordinated through Paola Renucci (for UK & EU) and Claire Hope (for non EU).
