Our values help us all work towards the same goals at the University. They help create our purpose, support our vision and shape our culture.

People are at the heart of all we do here at Edinburgh Napier University. We want to be recognised by colleagues, students and our external partners as a University that acts with respect and integrity. Through our values, we will create an environment where everyone involved feels proud, confident, challenged, and supported.

Our values have been in place for a while now and are part of our DNA. Each one of us is responsible for living our values every day and encouraging others to do the same.
