Shaping our Future

We want colleagues to feel proud to work for Edinburgh Napier University, so it’s important that you not only feel connected to the strategy, but also own it and feel empowered to deliver it.
From ongoing feedback on Strategy 2020, we’ve already got a good idea of what’s gone well and what we can improve on. But we want to continue the conversation by tapping into the wealth of knowledge, experience and skills of all our people. In this way, we’ll start to build an ambition for the future rooted in our purpose, identity, distinctiveness, strengths, opportunities and values.
