​Customer Personas​

The development of customer personas is one way in which the School Support Service (S3) seek to enhance understanding customers. This understanding is key to helping ensure the creation of best and relevant services for customers. The S3 Senior Leadership Forum hope that the persona created also help communicate to customers some of the services S3 can offer.
