Following the introduction of the feedback survey the School Support Service Management team (SMT) received monthly reports on feedback received. In June 2017 SMT agreed it would continue to receive regular feedback reports with quarterly reports covering September - November, December - February, March - May and June -August inclusive. SMT use the feedback reports as one of the sources influencing their service delivery decisions.
