Professional Services Survey Report 2012/13
This is the final report on the Professional Services' Client Satisfaction Survey carried out in October 2012 under the joint sponsorship of the Vice Principal (Strategy Resources & External Affairs), the Vice Principal (Academic) and the University Secretary.
This is the latest in a series of surveys designed to assess the satisfaction of staff with the delivery of the University's core professional services with an aim towards their improvement.
