When you register as a Research Student at Edinburgh Napier University you will get access to two different Information Services (IS) accounts.  

You will find guidance on when you need to use each of these accounts, how to move between accounts and where you get additional information in the document: Accessing the Universit​y's IT Services Guidance for Research Students.

• ​Before you use any of the computer equipment you should work through the Cyber Security training and read the Information Security Policies.

• The IS Service Desk is open Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5pm (GMT).
