​Unified Communications Project

The Unified Communications Strategy was approved by the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in October 2021. Phase 1 of this project focused on the identified need to provide a cloud-based softphone telephony solution using MS Teams. This phase of the project has now been completed successfully; we are now using MS Teams for our telephony requirements.

Future phases of the project will consider things such as a contact centre solution, system integrations with MS Teams telephony and call reporting.

Timings and the scope of phase 2 are currently being discussed. We will provide further updates here when they are available.​
