Booking Events Spaces and Catering Packages
IMPORTANT UPDATE: The University implemented a new advance booking system called Resource Booker. Staff and students should book a room, lab, PV or other equipment by using the following link: https://resourcebooker.napier.ac.uk/
For any bookings in the University’s dedicated events spaces (The Rivers Suite and Chapel at Craiglockhart, the Glassroom at Merchiston and the Horizon Suite (LRC5) at Sighthill) please contact the Edinburgh Napier University Catering & Events Team on conferences@napier.ac.uk. Please note minimum numbers of 25 people apply.
If you have a multi-day or multi-classroom conference enquiry, please also contact the Catering & Events Team (conferences@napier.ac.uk) who can help co-ordinate larger scale events.
While most of our event rooms have limited availability due to teaching, our Rivers Suite is available year-round.
We understand that if you are organising a large scale or international conference that you may need to secure rooms prior to the timetable launch. If this is the case, please contact the Catering & Events Team who will assist.
Events Packages
Packages are only available for internal bookings being paid via internal recharge budget code. Please also remember no 'Bring Your Own' food or drinks are allowed in the University event spaces.
