With end-of-year PDRs complete, you should now be registering your SMART objectives for 2017/18.

As the My Contribution performance and development process takes effect from 1 August 2017 – 31st July 2018 and you should have by now had your end-of-year PDR, we would like to remind everyone to discuss and agree SMART objectives with your line manager. Once agreed, please input your objectives into the new My Review form.

As this is your first time using the new online system, here’s where you can find support to do this:

1. Your line manager will be able to guide you on how to input your agreed objectives into the online system and the My Review form.
   
   
2. The My Contribution Intranet pages contain guidance documents and how to input onto the system videos, examples of what good SMART objectives look like and the My Review process guide.
   
   
3. Ask HR via email or phone 3344 if you are still having problems.

The deadline for uploading your 2017/18 objectives into the My Review form online is 31 July 2017.
