AUA Learning Lunch: November - Managing Strategic Change with Anita Ogilvie
Strategy 2020: Building Success was launched in March 2014 with four strategic objectives to: Grow our Academic Reputation; Deliver an Excellent Personalised Student Experience; Build Innovation Enterprise and Citizenship; and Internationalise our Work, in order to achieve our vision of being “An enterprising and innovative community renowned internationally, with an unrivalled student learning experience.”
This session will start at the beginning of the journey and give a whistle-stop tour of the successes, challenges and learnings so far. In particular, it will give a candid perspective on progress in terms of:
· Developing strategic planning and monitoring;
· Establishing a change framework;
· Engaging staff and driving cultural transformation
The session is intended to be informal and conversational in style, providing the opportunity to explore current approaches and next steps, with the intention of tapping into the experiences and perspectives around the room.
