Apps Anywhere issues
 
Description
We've identified an intermittent issue that may be affecting some users' ability to run certain applications on managed Windows devices. To resolve this, we recommend updating Cloudpaging Player to the latest version.

To Update Cloudpaging Player:

  1. ​Launch Company Portal by searching for it in the start menu.
  2. Locate the "Update for Cloudpaging Player 9.4.4" application in the Apps section.
  3. Click "install" - this will restart the device shortly after install is clicked
