Lecturer in TV, Dr Alastair Cole, launched his new film The Colours of the Alphabet at the Glasgow Film Festival last weekend.
Alistair's documentary follows a year at primary school in a village in Zambia, where homesick teacher Annie speaks one language and the pupils speak another. The film looks at language, communication and national identity with multi-coloured subtitles reflecting different languages being spoken.
