Inclusion is one of our core values here at Edinburgh
Napier. The University is enriched by the diversity of perspectives, cultures
and backgrounds brought by all within our global community. We are offering a
workshop open to all colleagues interested in having more in-depth
conversations about what Equality, Diversity and Inclusion means at Edinburgh
Napier.
This training (not mandatory) consists of two workshops,
delivered one week apart. There will be two cohorts, taking place over April,
May and June.
“Building on the foundation of the ENU Equality and
Diversity e-learning module, this training explores Equality, Diversity and
Inclusion and how making changes can improve inclusivity in our working and
non-working environments. Identifying behaviours, language and attitudes that
promote inclusive working relationships. The course will be conducted in an
interactive and supportive online training environment and will use case
studies and research to bring this to life.”
