The following regulations apply to current students who register onto the academic regulations in academic year 2024/25. The regulations for 2023/24 and earlier will still apply for some students, and can be found on the left hand banner.

University Complaints Handling Procedure

The University's Complaints Handling Procedure is composed of four documents, accompanied by a procedural guidance document and by a document outlining unacceptable actions. For an overview of the process, particularly where there are time constraints, it is recommended that the Procedure Guidance document is consulted in the first instance.
