​​MS Teams Tours: 

“You never know what you don't know until you find out”

In September Steve and Dominique, enthusiastic project team members and general IT gurus, delivered some very informative and well received MS Teams Tours. 

The series of 1 hour sessions explained how MS Teams works, and provided top tips on how to make it work even better.  The drop-in sessions included guidance on functionality, best practice advice and gave staff the opportunity to ask questions. 

There were a total of 9 training sessions attended by 95 staff members, 96% of survey respondents found the content relevant and useful for their daily work and gave a rating of 4.6 out of 5 stars (92% of respondents gave a 100% satisfaction rating!). 

The sessions were extremely popular.  The feedback says it all: 

• It was a very informative and well presented session which gave an excellent overview of teams and also answered specific queries
• It was a hugely informative session run in an open and friendly way by the best double act I've seen since the 2019 Edinburgh Fringe! I've already recommended it to a couple of colleagues.
• I think anyone would benefit from watching this session. Even though some of what was covered was quite straight-forward I think it is still good to know that what you are doing is right and it provides a platform for building on your existing knowledge and how you currently use the platform to make the most of the full functionality of MS Teams. Dominique and Steve were also a great double act who kept me engaged, were informative and interesting to listen to and explained everything in a way which was clear and easy to follow
• Really informative and delivered with humour but that's SY & DB all the way - excellent! Thanks for the link to the video tour as a reminder of the session. Good to refer to.
• It wasn’t boring!
