Programme Leadership
This intranet site has been constructed to support staff who have responsibility for the professional development of programme leaders (course organisers) in higher education. It accompanies an HEA funded research project which aimed to construct a professional development framework for programme leaders and a set of associated recommendations for professional developers and higher education policy makers.
The site has 2 major strands:
- an unpacking of a proposed professional development framework for programme leaders including the spirit and ethos in which such professional development should be designed and delivered; and
- customisable resources for professional developers and others with responsibility for supporting and developing programme leaders.
