Terminology
Freshers’ Week - classes and activities for all new students
A student’s first day may not be on the Monday of Freshers’ Week and they should check their welcome email, their Induction Timetable and the Your first day finder to check the requirements for their course
Introductory session - this is the first appointment with the School
For continuing students some course led activities may be offered in Freshers’ Week and modular teaching will start in week 2
