We have many different membership options and you can also book the sports hall or attend fitness classes on a pay as you go basis.
Every new member is given a full induction which includes a tour of the facilities and demonstration of our gym equipment.

Come and check out our State of the art Strength & Conditioning Performance gym which includes a range of wheelchair accessible equipment. We will also have personal training sessions available, virtual classes, a running track and two fitness studios suitable for group fitness classes, indoor cycling, dance and lots more!

Saturday & Sunday: 10.00am - 6.00pm
Our fitness classes are extremely popular and include Spinning, BODYPUMP, Intrinity, Yoga and Pilates, as well as other group fitness classes. There is something for everyone and our instructors will provide you with the motivation you need to improve your fitness in a sociable setting.

Fitness Testing and Consultations
Here at [EN]GAGE, we offer fitness testing and consultations with our expert staff. Together, you will develop your fitness goals and create a 6 week tailor-made programme so you can meet your targets. You will receive advice on training principles, how to manage the frequency of training, as well as healthy eating. To make sure you can put your fitness programme into practice, you will receive professional instruction on all gym equipment. This could be exactly what you need if you are bored of the your fitness regime or don't know where to start.
