With
the festive period fast approaching we wanted to share a few updates with
regards to pay and Christmas closure dates.
The
December pay date will be brought forward and colleagues will receive their
December salary payment on Wednesday
21 December, prior to the Christmas break.
In
order, to make this possible, the
payroll cut-off date for all payment claims (Online approvals
and claim forms) is Monday
5 December.
The
cut-off date for all contractual changes is Wednesday 7 December.
We
will be unable to process any claims or contract changes after these dates, due
to short-turnaround times. Therefore, we ask you to support the HR teams by
submitting any claims or contractual changes as early as possible, as we want
to ensure that everybody is paid correctly.
The University closes on Thursday 22 December at 1.30pm and will
re-open on Wednesday 4 January 2023. If you are planning on
