- Building repairs or faults (internal/external)
- Grounds repairs or improvements
- Minor works, improvements and development requests
- Porter requests (incl. campus deliveries, room setups for meetings and classrooms, flipcharts only - no paper/pens)
- Student accommodation fault or repairs
- Foyer Bookings
- Furniture Moves
- Car Parking
- Intranet pages (Property & Facilities only)
