University Leadership Team 

The University Leadership Team (ULT) comprises senior staff who are tasked with leading on a range of matters, normally with a strategic focus. They are responsible for making the crucial decisions that affect the University, its policies, and its overall direction.  

ULT work together to drive success through building and executing the University Strategy, talent management, and stakeholder engagement.

They are accountable to University Court and responsible for ensuring the University its run within its budget and is constantly striving to meet its goals in areas such as learning and teaching, research, international operations and diversity and inclusion.
