Research Policies and Guidance

Research staff and students must be aware of the various University policies regarding research. Many of these are based on legal obligations, funder requirements and REF requirements and they all aim to ensure that Edinburgh Napier’s research is not only of excellent quality but can be shown to comply to the best UK and international research practices.

The Research and Innovation Office has also been working with colleagues to develop a number of additional supporting guideline/ process documents to support our research activity.
