Researcher Development

Our Researcher development programme is designed to encompass all the skills and competencies that you would require as you progress through your career from an early career research, to principal investigator through to professorship level.

Using Vitae's Researcher Development Framework as the underpinning structure we have designed a series of events that should help you develop as a rounded researcher.

Sessions are advertised by email and can be booked via the Eventbrite links circulated.

Our programme describes how each event maps onto the framework, allowing you to make sure that you are developing the variety of skills that you will need to progress.

As well as mapping our events we encourage all our researchers to use the rdf planner to analyse where their own skills may need support and development.
