And Edinburgh Napier’s Career Mentoring Programme picked up the Championing Mentoring & Best Practice Sharing Award at the ceremony!
The SMN’s annual awards are designed to celebrate the mentoring projects that have made a significant impact in their area, and the winning project in this category was said to “have demonstrated their commitment to partnership working with other organisations, in order to share their experience of running a mentoring programme. This organisation will be active in championing mentoring at events and across a variety of media.”
Jo Haddrick, Employer Engagement Partner, who collected the award on behalf of Edinburgh Napier, said, “This award recognises the work the University does to lead on career mentoring in Higher Education in Scotland and across the UK.”
