Last week Andrea hosted her final Principal's View of the Year, in which she looked back on the successes of 2022, the challenges we face as we head into 2023, and took us through her 12 Days of 'Edinburgh Napiermas'.
Following her presentation, there was a Q&A session with the Principal and other members of ULT. Subjects included the recent pay dispute, hybrid working, and student retention.
Time did not allow for all the submitted questions to be answered on the day, but you can find a full list of questions and answers, including those ULT did not get to. Carolann committed to setting up an intranet page where all the relevant information on the current pay negotiations will be stored. This includes details of the offer and will be updated periodically to ensure colleagues have as much information as possible.
