17 May 2024 is International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia. IDAHoBiT aims to raise awareness and bring people together to demonstrate support for the LGBTQ+ community. The day helps to raise awareness of the significant challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ community, particularly recognising that hate crime and discrimination exist, are not acceptable and need to be combatted.

At Edinburgh Napier University we celebrate our diverse community. We want everyone to feel safe and able to be their best selves. We know that there are challenges and we want our community be confident about reporting any incidents of homophobia, biphobia and transphobia. Report & Support allows you to report incidents anonymously or through an adviser.

Nobody should have to live with the fear and anxiety that hate crime can cause. Our trained and responsive colleagues are here to help. We don't accept it and neither should you.
