We recently celebrated Colleague Appreciation Day and launched our Colleague Recognition Awards, highlighting our commitment to recognition across the University.
Colleagues are at the heart of everything we do and ensuring we have the appropriate mechanisms to recognise and celebrate your achievements, at a University and local level, is core to the colleague experience and enhancing our culture.
We want to ensure that all colleagues have the opportunity to shape the future of Recognition at ENU and our Reward & Recognition Team is undertaking a recognition review and has planned focus groups for colleagues to join.
Your feedback is important as this will help to inform the types of achievements that should be celebrated, and shape any future approaches to recognition at a University and local level. The focus groups will take place between 29 April and 14 May, and are a mix of in-person and on Microsoft Teams. Please get involved and join on a date that suits you. Discussions will be centred around the current approaches to Colleague Recognition and what works well/not so well, as well as considering out-of-the box ideas or approaches to recognition that you have been part of in the past.
The Reward & Recognition Team is keen to gather as much feedback as possible, therefore if you are unable to attend one of our scheduled focus groups, please do contact reward@napier.ac.uk so we can ensure that we capture your views.
