Prepare and conduct effective end of year conversations for managers (3.5 hours)
This workshop is specifically targeted at managers to support them during the end of year process.
It will allow managers to:
- Prepare for an End of Year conversation as a manager
- Identify how best to conduct a mutually beneficial end of year conversation
- Discuss possible challenging scenarios that could come up during End of year conversations and ways to overcome them
