On Friday 13 March, the
Staff Workplace homepage, accessed via the My Workplace link on the Staff
Intranet, will change from the existing SharePoint
homepage to the iNapier
interface:
iNapier will give you
personalised access to the University’s online services via a series of tiles.
You’ll still be able to
access all of the services you could access via Staff Workplace, such as
SharePoint – however, iNapier has a more user friendly interface and can also
be accessed via the iNapier app. Students already access their online services
via iNapier.
Your team SharePoint
sites will now be accessed from the SharePoint tile, which can be found on the
lower right hand corner of the default iNapier landing page. This brings up the
Office 365 Dashboard, which has your favorited SharePoint sites, frequently
used sites, and recently used sites.
The best way to get to
your team SharePoint areas is to save them as a favourite (in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge), or to follow them on SharePoint so that they always appear
in your dashboard.
