We recently announced that we were renaming our iPoints to Campus Receptions and exploring ways to enhance these spaces for users. By simplifying the name to a term everyone understands, it will be clearer where to go for assistance on campus.

As we transition from iPoints to Campus Receptions, we have introduced a new email address for questions and queries: Reception@napier.ac.uk​. The iPoint email (iPoint@napier.ac.uk) will be deactivated starting 29 February 2024.
