Course Overview

This session will provide an understanding of impactful coaching approaches in leadership and how to use them to further grow and empower your team, to overcome challenges and own continuous improvement.

Who should attend?

People managers at every level

By the end of this session you will:

- Understanding coaching approaches to leadership: what, how & when

- Have a simple coaching framework and questions to use throughout your career

- Know how to coach empowerment & growth in your teams

- Know how & when to challenge and question in the right way

- Be clear about how to coach what we want to see, rather than critiquing or story-telling the about the negative – shifting to positive critical/positive challenge

Participants will have the opportunity to:

- Learn simple coaching approaches that you can use every day with your team in order to grow and empower them to own their challenges and address them.

- Share learning, understanding and experience with their peers.
