​To maintain the security and integrity of the University’s systems, the existing Cisco Webex Productivity Tools will be updated on all University desktops on Wednesday 15 December.  This includes on-campus office workstations as well as any University Managed Laptops.

Staff members who use Webex have been contacted directly with a recommendation to pro-actively install the update at a time convenient to them before Wednesday 15 December.

The update can be installed via the Software Center on University desktops.  From within the Software Center click Cisco Webex Productivity Tools and choose Install.
