NHS Lothian have a dedicated website with a range of information relating to care at home for elderly people – you can access it

Absence reporting
Please ensure you follow the organisation’s absence reporting process if for any reason you are unable to attend your PLE.
Cause for Concern & Whistleblowing
If you have a cause for concern please raise this with your practice supervisor, assessor or the PLE manager in the first instance. Please note: the organisation will have its own ‘whistleblowing’ policy & guidance rather the national NHS policy.
