Welcome to Edinburgh Napier Appeals & Extenuating Circumstances.  This section contains information and guidance on the submission of Academic Appeals, Extenuating Circumstances and related procedures.

Please also note that AP1 forms received after the published deadline will not be accepted and will be deemed invalid.

 

Who To Speak To:  
Prior to lodging an appeal, you may wish to discuss your submission and grounds for appeal with your course leader or personal tutor. You can discuss any aspect of the submission policy, appeals procedure, and any related issues with the Appeals Manager. If you have particular support needs which may have an impact or bearing upon your appeal, you may wish to discuss this with a support manager within Student & Academic Services.
