Minor Building Works

The Maintenance team undertakes minor building works, which are funded directly by schools or service departments.

Works comprise of:  

• Reconfiguring and redecorating a small office
• Providing adjustable bookshelves
• Providing suspended ceilings
• Providing a change of floor coverings

For work of this nature: 

• We undertake to visit you
• Check your requirements
• Provide a specification complete with an estimate of costs for the required works.

 

All work is carried out by either fully qualified in-house trades staff or by a team of carefully selected and approved contractors.  All work is carried out in accordance with the latest Health and Safety legislation and building regulations.
