4.  Selection/Redeployment - Additional Information Form   

You will be required to complete a Selection/Redeployment - Additional Information Form
1. for every specific vacancy that you wish to be considered for
2. at the same time as the Selection Form/Redeployment Profile if you are part of a selection process

 

The Redeployment Register is held by HR.  Current vacancies can be accessed here.  When applying for a redeployment opportunity (you will already have completed a Selection Form/Redeployment Profile) there will be a requirement to complete a Selection - Additional Information Form (above) in order to provide information in relation to the specific vacancy.  The form includes a section detailing what information should be provided. 

 

Completed Selection/Redeployment - Additional Information Forms should be returned to the HR Adviser responsible for that particular vacancy.
