With the challenges presented throughout 2020 and into 2021, the University reconsidered how to capture staff feedback.
After a review of various tools and practices, the University decided that the best approach would be to carry out short monthly surveys covering five key themes; health & wellbeing, community & belonging, ways of working, communication and leadership & recognition.
An open-ended question is provided to allow colleagues to share their views if they choose to.
Each month, the survey is followed up by focus groups, these sessions will allow the University to get greater insight into the feedback provided and gives a better understanding of what really matters most to colleagues.
The results of all surveys are shared here each month.
