Pulse Survey 2023
Your Voice launched last November and since then, the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and local management teams have reviewed the survey results and put action plans in place to help make a difference to working lives at the University.
We'd now like to know how we're doing.
Last year, we achieved an engagement score of 69%, which is in line with the higher education sector average. We want to continue to focus on making Edinburgh Napier University a great place to work, so with that in mind, we have agreed a colleague engagement target of 72%.
We will be inviting all permanent and fixed term colleagues (with contracted hours) to take part in Your Voice Pulse Survey which will provide a 'temperature check' on how we're doing in response to the feedback we received a year ago.
The invitation will be sent from our survey partner People Insight, please make sure you look out for this and it is not mistaken for spam. Colleagues that aren't able to access emails regularly will still be able to participate using a QR code.
We'd like to encourage you to find the time to take part in this short survey once it goes live. It will take no longer than five minutes to complete and will remain open for three weeks, until Tuesday 28 November.
All responses we receive will continue to be treated with complete confidentiality and processed in compliance with the University's Privacy Notice.
