​Pulse Survey 2023

In November 2023, we invited all permanent and fixed term colleagues (with contracted hours) to take part in a Your Voice Pulse Survey to provide a 'temperature check' on how we're doing in response to the feedback we received in 2022
  
From the results of the Pulse Survey, we know that 78% of respondents are proud to work for the University, compared to 71% in 2022, and 74% of respondents would recommend Edinburgh Napier as a good place to work, that’s increased from 67% in the previous survey. These positive results tell us that we are moving forward to achieving our goal of becoming a great place to work.
 
We can also see that 42% of respondents believe that action will be taken as a result of this survey. Although this is not a high percentage, it has increased from 34% in the 2022 survey. There is, of course, more to do to improve on this, therefore the Senior Leadership Team will continue to prioritise colleague engagement in the coming months and beyond to ensure that appropriate actions are taken.
