Call or email the Library any time of the day or night using the details below. During Library opening hours, we will answer your enquiries as usual. Out of hours, your query will be answered by the NorMAN Helpline.

Service differences:
• If you email the Library out of hours, you will receive a response from the NorMAN email address rather than the Library email address.
• NorMAN staff cannot reset Library passwords.
• NorMAN staff cannot take payments for fines.
• Please be aware that there will be some occasions when NorMAN staff will not be able to resolve your enquiry immediately. In this case your call will be logged and answered once the Library is open.
