Our Approach to Curriculum Management
Edinburgh Napier University is on a journey to continually improve how we manage our Curriculum.
Our Curriculum Management environment became avilable in February 2023 following a strategic and consultative project which examined how we manage our core business, our academic provision offering.
Our Curriculum Management environment immediately brought together unclear and disparate processes to allow us to offer transparency and clarity to how we manage the lifecycles of our provision.
Working in collaboration with the academic community we designed a Curriculum Management envrionement where our provision lifecycle is stored and managed. Processes and policy have been implemented to support the management and quality of our provision. This included outlining and assigning roles and responsibilities to support users and the whole Curriculum Management environment.
This has given us solid foundations to manage our curriculum in the future, integrate with key University systems and forecast trends, risks and finance.
